The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 directed the Small Business Administration (SBA) to create a Governmentwide certification program for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Effective January 1, 2023, SBA assumed responsibility for certifying Veteran-Owned small firms. If you have questions, please contact SBA at vetcert@sba.gov. Prepare to immerse yourself in the heart of innovation at NVSBE's exclusive Exhibit Hall, where over 200 dynamic businesses converge to showcase their premier products and services to thousands of attendees. The Exhibit Hall is the centerpiece of NVSBE, open throughout its entirety. But that's not all – we’ve chosen the Exhibit Hall to host our luncheons and receptions, ensuring maximum exposure for exhibitors.

As an exhibitor, you're not just a participant; you're a critical component of the program. This is why each exhibitor receives two full access tickets to the event, opening the doors to countless opportunities for networking, collaboration, and success.

Exhibitor Booking Process

Click HERE to create an exhibitor account, and select and pay for your booth. We expect to sell out; booths are sold first-come first-serve. Contact us at NVSBE@EventPrep.com or 571-534-0047 with questions.

Attendee Registration Process

There are no exhibitor-only tickets. EXHIBITORS MUST BOOK THEIR BOOTH PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT. After booth purchase, a code will be provided to receive complimentary registration. All exhibitors must register themselves for the event via the attendee registration portal. All registrants are initially required to go through an authentication process via DS Logon, VA PIV Card, Id.me, or Login.gov. Registrants must create an account with one of these partners before proceeding. This code will be entered on the payment page during attendee ticket purchase.

2023 Exhibitor Booth Prices:

*SBA Certified SDVOSB/VOSBs are required to enter their Unique Entity ID number to verify their status upon attendee registration. For your convenience, please be sure to confirm SBA Certification status before exhibit booth purchase.

EXHIBITOR PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 10’x10’ space, with silver pipe and drape, 8’ back and 3’ side
  • (2) complimentary full engagement registration tickets
  • ID sign with company name
  • 6’ draped table and 2 chairs
  • Blue booth carpet
  • Wastebasket
  • Company name, description and booth number included in expo hall floor plan and directory, and digital program book.

Disclaimer: The contractor is permitted to charge registration and other fees pursuant to a no-cost contract between it and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs under which it shall provide event execution for the event with no financial obligation to the VA.
